How do I place an order?

Step 1. Click the item you want.
Step 2. Click "Add to cart"
Step 3. Your current shopping cart is on the right showing all selected items.
Step 4. Click "Checkout"
Step 5. Check if all items listed are correct. If you have a coupon code, enter it here. Proceed to "Checkout" or "Continue shopping" to add more items to your cart.
Step 6. If you have registered before, you can logon here. If you are a first time customer, fill in your details. You can also choose to create an account for easy ordering in the future.
Step 7. Click "Continue"
Step 8. Select your payment method of choice. Costs for shipping will added automatically based on the delivery address. Click "Continue".
Step 9. To finalize the purchase, tick the "Accept terms" box and click "Pay"

How is my order being shipped?

Shipping is done through DPD. The moment the package leaves our warehouse you will receive a track&trace number by email. You can track the status of your order online.

What are the delivery times?

Usually orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. All items are in the Netherlands and Belgium. In general

Shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium are €5,99 per order.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, iDeal and Maestro.

How do I return a product?

If you want to return an item, you can under these conditions: Goods must be returned within 14 days after receipt. All merchandise for return must be in new condition, with the original packaging. You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. Unstamped returns can not be accepted. Please include the appropriate packing slip and write down the reason for returning the goods.

I have a complaint or the product is damaged. What do I do?

Contact our customer service by email and explain the nature of your complaint. Make sure you quote your order reference number. We will be in touch with you asap to resolve the matter.
